Yes. The preparation is a mixture of natural hydrocarbons, 100% safe for the environment and people (non-toxic). The gas makes the air conditioning system operate at a lower pressure, which reduces the load on the compressor and extends its lifespan. The products do not exhibit corrosive properties in contact with moisture.

Remember to monitor the pressure on the gauge when filling the air conditioning system and do not overfill the system (keep the needle in the green zone) according to the following rules

Gauge readings:

•  WHITE color (LOW) - range 0-25 PSI: low pressure in the system. Refill the refrigerant.

•  GREEN color - range 25-55 PSI: correct pressure in the system. Preferred pressure range depending on temperature.

•  RED color (WARNING!) - above 55 PSI: too high pressure in the system. Reduce the pressure to the correct value.

The kit should be selected individually according to the vehicle model and year of manufacture:

• Cars manufactured until 2016: choose ALPINO R134a.

• Cars manufactured after 2016: choose ALPINO R1234yf.

• Hybrid and electric cars: choose ALPINO HYBRID/EV.

Depending on your needs, you can choose variants with additives (oil, sealant, UV agent)

• Cars until 1994: ALPINO R134a refrigerant + ALP MAN40 hose + ALP ADR12 adapter (if the system does not have an LP port).

• Cars 1994 – 2016: ALPINO R134a refrigerant + ALP MAN40 hose.

• Cars after 2016: ALPINO R1234yf refrigerant + ALP MAN40 hose + ALP ADR1234YF adapter.

• Hybrids and electric vehicles (until 2016): ALPINO HYBRID/EV refrigerant + ALP MAN40 hose.

• Hybrids and electric vehicles (after 2016): ALPINO HYBRID/EV refrigerant + ALP MAN40 hose + ALP ADR1234YF adapter.

Yes. The ALPINO R134a formula is fully compatible and safe and mixes with R134a refrigerant. You do not need to empty the air conditioning system before using ALPINO R134a.

Look for the low-pressure (LP) port. It is usually located on a thicker aluminum hose and is secured with a black or blue cap. The port diameter is approx. 11 mm. The ALP MAN40 hose quick connector only fits the LP port, which eliminates the risk of accidental connection to the high-pressure (HP) port.

One can of ALPINO R134a is equivalent to approx. 600 g of refrigerant, which is sufficient for most standard passenger cars. For large vehicles (SUV, Van, truck, tractor) or a completely empty system, we recommend using two cans for full efficiency.

• For leak detection: Use the UV version (e.g., ALPG R134UV 3W1).

• For minor leaks: Use the version with sealant (e.g., ALPG R134 3W1 or 4W1), which seals micro-damages to rubber components.

• Important: Our products will not repair major mechanical damage (e.g., a hole in the radiator or a hole in the hose). In such a case, a visit to a service center is necessary.

Of course. The kit is designed for home use or on the road. The process takes approximately 10–15 minutes, requires no additional tools, and only involves connecting the hose and monitoring the pressure gauge. You will find instructions and a QR code for an instructional video on the can.

• Lubricating oil: Responsible for compressor lubrication, system sealing, heat dissipation, and ensuring proper refrigerant circulation.

• Sealant: Allows for sealing micro-leaks in rubber components and system hoses.

• UV dye: Enables easy location of a potential leak or larger imperfection.

• If the system is sealed and functional, and only requires topping up – choose the Basic or 2in1 version (with added oil for better compressor performance).

• If you suspect a minor leak (gas is slowly escaping) – choose the 3in1 or 4in1 version with sealant.

• If you want to check if the system has no leaks – choose the UV version (3in1 UV or 4in1).

• In case of a completely empty system, it is recommended to use two cans to achieve full cooling efficiency.
